106. Nothin’ But a Good Time: Pete Evick Conversation Part 2 (revisited)

Bret Michaels released a new album, True Grit, this month. We are featured on two of Bret’s Poison tracks, Nothin’ But A Good Time and Unskinny Bop. So we thought we’d revisit our episodes where we interviewed Bret’s producer and guitarist, Pete Evick. In part two of our conversation with our good friend Pete Evick, song writer, award-winning producer, and guitarist for Bret Michaels (of Poison), we talk song writing, Jason Derulo, Bret Michaels, ringtones, paying homage vs. stealing and the music industry.

Pete performs around the world with the Bret Michaels Band and his own group, Evick. In addition, Pete has worked with Miley Cyrus, Shinedown, Paramore, All Time Low, and others. His TV and film credits include Rock of Love, Life As I Know It, Penguins of Madagascar and others.
